Every statement credit on this card, how often it comes back and when it resets. Together they’re worth up to $115 a year in cash credits, not counting ones you unlock by spending, points or free nights.
Every year
One $65 statement credit per calendar year once you spend $65+ on qualifying wholesale club transactions, such as membership or renewal fees.
Up to $50 per calendar year in statement credits on qualifying accounting software purchases (by merchant code).
15,000 points each anniversary year after the annual fee is paid; valued at ~0.8 cents/point.

Barclays may turn you down if you’ve opened about 6 or more cards at any bank in the last 24 months. Too many recent accounts can lead to a denial, though it isn’t a hard cutoff.
Barclays usually approves about one new personal card every 6 months. Your odds of a denial go up inside that window.
