Bilt Palladium vs Bilt Obsidian

By Quy Dinh · Updated Oct 24, 2026

The short answer

The Palladium if you’ll put most of your spending on it: 2x on everything, Priority Pass and $400 in hotel credits justify the $495. The Obsidian if you mostly want rent points and one bonus category: 3x on dining or groceries for $95.

Choose carefully: Bilt gives one welcome bonus per person across its new cards, and only the Palladium’s includes points.

Pick the Bilt Palladium if

  • Most of your spending can go on one card
  • You’d use Priority Pass and Bilt Travel hotel stays
  • You want the 50,000-point welcome bonus

Pick the Bilt Obsidian if

  • Your biggest spending is dining or groceries
  • You want a $95 card for rent points
  • You don’t need lounge access
